Bradley C Hughes
Bradley is a technical founder with 35+ years in computing (started 1982), 15+ years running a services business, and deep experience in both AI architecture and developer tooling.
He built Neural Commander to solve his own context loss problem across 37+ active projects. 200K+ lines of production Go written using AI-assisted parallel development — seven commander soul files maintained as a lived prototype before a single line of Go was written.

We're looking for investors who understand developer tools and can provide value beyond capital — introductions, distribution, technical insight, or go-to-market experience.
Pre-seed terms
$250K SAFE with $2.5M-$5M valuation cap (negotiable). ESIC-eligible: 20% tax offset + 10-year CGT exemption. Non-dilutive leverage via NSW MVP ($50K) + RDTI (43.5%) — $250K raise supports ~$335K total funding.
Timeline
Product launching April 2026. Round closes upon first close. 12-15 months runway to revenue validation milestone.
Due diligence
Full technical demo, codebase walkthrough, financial model, and legal documentation available upon request. 200K+ lines of working Go code — this is not a slide deck.
